Ongoing addition of newly purchased automatic fabricating equipment. Indoor work relies on construction diagram requirements, utilizing computerized precision-control bending angles to produce various shapes or for hoop reinforcement, thus reducing material consumption and shortening overall work duration.

Taichung Harbor Logistic Office

Couplers are utilized to clamp in situations with high-speed rotation and rebar friction heat generation, enabling the steel and coupler weld temperature to exceed 1,000°C. Through hot forging pressure, the coupler and rebar are forged into a single piece as the most effective coupled rebar column and beam segments.

Kaohsiung Works

By using a low voltage and high-current resistance welding connection, at the point of connection heat is applied to the rebar; then in conjunction with pneumatic cylinder downward pressure, the rebar is fused both horizontally and vertically. On-site work is done manually to move mesh pieces for performing assembly work. These products are applied in factory floors, roads, walls, and laying of building flooring.

Kaohsiung Works

Three steel plates are assembled into one H-beam. Following measurement and calibration, the points are welded together, after which a latent welding machine is used to complete the welding. Finally, a three-point roller force method is used to straighten the wings and to rectify welding beads. This is followed by a heat shaping process and various inspections of product quality prior to completion of the production process.
